Am at my parent's place in belgium at the moment - which explains why I can actually get to a computer for long enough to work on this! came over with Arwen on wednesday, and so far we've had a good mix of partying, sleeping, eating LOTS... and playing scrabble...
Anyway, here's some catch-up on the last few days...
Diversity, LGBT club night, was on tuesday and was FANTASTIC... All the ones I've been to before consisted of about 20 people standing round the edge of the room looking a bit sheepish, but this time we filled the club, and made £300 profit (alright, for charity). I previewed my halloween outfit, 'cos I promised that I would, so was slightly overdressed... but it was still fun. Three gay men grabbed my ass, and I'm taking that as a compliment. :).Drank way too much tequila, and even got off with very cute pink-haired fresher... godd night all round...
(to be continued... have to take dog out for walk...)
xx
...Ok, starting to get the hang of this whole caboodle now, very spanky...
hmmm, anyway, I'm sure there are some schools of thought that would say I shouldn't have gone clubbing the night before leaving the country, but they're just wrong. I wasn't THAT rushed.. besides, A still had to finish making her dress on weds morning. Does that make me more organised?
Halloween was pretty cool... came over to go to a party in a castle near Antwerp. The music was great, the drinks were cheap and the playroom was nice and big, but damnit, if I go to a castle I want turrets. Is it really so much to ask?
We also had to get a taxi quite far to the club because somebody was sick on the train and made us miss our stop... I would've been pissed off but as it was I was just quite pissed and didn't really realise how much confusion and money spending was being created. The worst part, as far as I was concerned, was that A ended up losing her crop while we were running around trying to organise taxis etc...
Still a damn good night though, didn't get back to Shroom's til 9 the next morning.
