'Goatboy' was the lecherous alter ego Bill Hicks used in his shows, a sort of Pan figure, whenever he wanted to talk about how he wanted to do the nasty with 16 year old girls (er, it's not as questionable as that sounds). And he would talk in the third person: 'Goatboy is confused' etc.

Oh...I am not all that down with the Hick's sketches. My ex wrote his dissertation on him though.
